PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production plan supporting device which draws up production plans of products rapidly, flexibly and efficiently in accordance with alterations in supporting the production plans, and also provide a production plan supporting method, a production plan supporting program and a computer- readable storage medium which stores the production plan supporting program. SOLUTION: A product configuration managing means 20 which manages constitution relations between the products and their constituent members and between the products and other constituent members which can be used in the products; a constituent member stock managing means 11 which manages the numbers of days for completing the products, the constituent members and the other constituent members, and also manages the stock quantities of the constituent members and other constituent members; and a planning means 69 which specifies the other constituent members, which can be used in the products, referring to the product configuration managing means 20 and executes the production plans of the products based on the number of days for completing the other constituent members used and their stock quantities.
