UNDERGROUND EXCAVATING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground excavating machine allowing an excavating blade to be easily replaced according to the conditions of soil quality, capable of suppressing a construction cost, and having an excellent adaptability to the soil quality. SOLUTION: A rotary panel 2 having a dirt discharge port 2a at the center thereof is rotatably installed at the front end part of the outer shell 1a of the underground excavating machine 1, a ring gear 2d is installed on the rotary panel 2, and the output gear 7a of a motor 7 installed in the outer shell is engaged with the ring gear 2d. Projections 3c, 4d and 12a are fitted to a radial groove part 2b provided in the front face of the rotary panel 2 and pedestals 3b, 4c and 12b are installed with bolts 6 to detachably install excavating blades 3, 4 and 12 on the rotary panel 2.
