METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CERAMICS MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a ceramics molded product by which a defect and a deformation are prevented from being generated, when the product is baked. SOLUTION: A molding die 13 formed of a water-absorbing material is mounted on each of the mutually opposite faces of a pair of mold clamping plates 12, and a molding recessed part 14 is formed on each of the mutually opposite faces of the paired molding dies 13. On one of the mold clamping plates 12, a rotary supporting shaft 16 whose rotary axis 15 extends in the horizontal direction is fitted to the center of an opposite face to the face on which the molding die 13 is mounted. In the molding die 13 mounted on the other mold clamping plate 12, a first insertion hole 17 through which an injection pipe 18 with an injection hole is inserted, is formed through. Further, a ceramics slurry is injected into the molding recessed part 14 from the injection hole in such a state that the paired molding dies 13 rotate pivoted on the rotary axis 15, and thus the ceramics molded product is molded.
