Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly and efficiently slight-chamfer a drill hole opening edge without cutting the protrusion. SOLUTION: When the opening edge of a hole 4 drilled adjoining the protrusion 2 is slight-chamfered by a drill, the drill is rotated around a drill axis 5 with the base end side of the drill inclined to the opposite side of the protrusion 2 for the hole axis L and the tip end side elastically bent for the base part side of the drill. When the opening edge of the hole 4 drilled on a bent surface is slight-chamfered by the drill, the drill is rotated around the drill axis 5 with the tip end side elastically bent for the base part side of the drill.
