PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a subscriber has not basically shared organic information with other subscribers because the position information of a portable telephone is used only at the arrival of an incoming call, and the subscribers have not been able to know mutual existence within a range of position registration processing even if the subscribers are resident in the same area. SOLUTION: When a subscriber A 1 is resident in a new area A 11 from the area A' 21, other subscriber B 2, who is resident in the same area A 11 required to be reported to the moved subscriber A 1 is registered in a control station 30. When the subscriber A 1 resisters positions in the new area A 11, a mobile communication system confirms whether other subscriber B 2 is resident in the same area A 11 as the subscriber A 1.
