SOLUTION: A CTI (computer telephony integration) device is provided with an operator information managing part 42 for managing operator information including working situations of operators, a closest operation information acquiring and processing part 43 for acquiring and processing the closest operation information including information as to whether an incoming call from a prescribed caller number is allowed to be received by a prescribed operator, and an incoming call allocation control part 41 for allocating the incoming call to an operator who is in a working situation receivable the allocation of the incoming call and is allowed to receive the incoming call.
