PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information required for taking into account a durability required for a hinge part of a folding mobile telephone equipment. SOLUTION: When an upper casing 101 and a lower casing 102 of a mobile telephone equipment 100 are turned and closed, a switch part 11 is turned into conducted state, power supplied from a power source 12 is supplied to a detection part 13, and it is detected that the mobile telephone equipment 100 is closed. Then, a detecting signal is sent from the detection part 13 to a control part 14. The control part 14 receiving the detecting signal makes increment just by '1' the count value of the number of times of opening/closing stored in a writable memory 15 capable of holding stored data even in the state of turning off a power source.
