SOLUTION: This on-vehicle travel support device detects the alignment pattern information of markers 6 aligned every prescribed interval according to an alignment pattern having a prescribed rule along the road, and provides travel support information to a vehicle 2. This device has a maker information detecting means 8 for detecting the alignment pattern information of the markers 6 and a timing estimation means 9 for estimating the timing of detecting the alignment pattern information of the markers 6, and the travel support information for vehicle is obtained at the timing estimated by the timing estimation means 9.
