PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each participant of a workshop to be simultaneously trained for introducing an application program and for performing the operation of actually introducing the program into an existing network environment within the company to which respective participant belongs. SOLUTION: An input screen 1c for environmental information matching the environment of a network 2b into which a participant of a workshop intends to introduce a network application 2c is displayed, according to the progress of the workshop, onto a terminal device 1b which the participant is using (step S1). Next, a computer 1a acquires the environmental information inputted to the terminal device 1b by the participant in accordance with a training procedure used in the workshop and, based on the environmental information acquired, if creates the individual environment setting information 2d needed to construct the operating environment of the network application 2c on the network 2b.
