Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing a clinker and a contaminated substance upon overhauling of an incinerator. SOLUTION: A lifting base 10, i.e., a means automatically ascending/ descending in the incinerator is shown. This lifting base 10 is provided with a guide rail 12 along a periphery edge of an upper surface and an automatic moving device 14 is provided with a jet gun 18 as a contaminated substance automatic removal means for injecting a fluid substance or the like conveyed through a hose 20. Accordingly, the jet gun 18 is vertically positioned by the lifting base 10 and is positioned in the inner peripheral direction of the furnace by the automatic moving device 14 traveling on the guide rail 12. The jet gun 18 shaves off (chips off) and can remove a whole of clinker and the contaminated substance deposited on a side wall in the furnace from the side wall in the furnace by injecting the fluid substance or the like toward the side wall in the furnace.
