Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional air blower capable of controlling an air quality and a thermal environment specifically near a local space requested by users without uniformly air-conditioning an entire space where equipment is installed as in a conventional air conditioner. SOLUTION: Heat storage capsules 7 and aromatic capsules 8 are put in a container 1, and an air blowing unit 2 having a fan 9, a filter 4, and air blowing guide vanes 5 specifying an air blowing directional angle is detachably fitted to the container 1 to disconnectedly form the main flow of air in the air-conditioned and air-cleaned local space 10.
