Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for economically and efficiently making alumina- based inclusions in steel harmless by ladle refining. SOLUTION: This cleaning method comprises employing both arc heating and gas stirring, when stirring a molten steel in the ladle with slag on the bath surface to treat it, and treating it in such a state that an A1 concentration in the molten steel is 0.005 mass% or higher, and in such a condition that an (MgO) concentration in the slag and an molten steel stirring time satisfy the relation of the following expression (1): y≥-0.11×x+8...
