Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a pencil-type cosmetic which is prepared by packing a cosmetic for gross to a cylindrical shaft made of a transparent resin, has excellent stability of the shaft, excellent stability and usability of the cosmetic for gross and excellent appearance. SOLUTION: This pencil-type cosmetic is obtained by packing the softened cosmetic into the hole of the cylindrical shaft made of the transparent resin using an olefin-based polymer-containing composite material as a resin material, solidifying the cosmetic and is used by cutting the tip side of the cylindrical shaft. The pencil type cosmetic being the cosmetic for gross comprises 70-93 mass %, in the total amount of the cosmetic, of a liquid oil having 600-3,000 molecular weight and 7-30 mass %, in the total amount of the cosmetic, of a solid oil.
