Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabin structure of a construction machine capable of simultaneously changing a length in the fore and aft direction and a length in the lateral direction of the cabin by using a common frame. SOLUTION: In this construction machine, a framework of a cabin 9 comprises right and left frames 10, 11; rear frames 16, 17 attached between rear parts of the right and left frames 10, 11; and front frames 12, 13 attached between front parts of the right and left frames 10, 11. The rear frames 16, 17 have connection parts 16a, 16b connected with the rear parts of the right and left frames 10, 11, and the connection parts 16a, 16b are inclinedly formed, tapering frontward, when seen in a plan view.
