Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an industrially advantageous method for efficiently manufacturing a composite film composed of a fibrous cloth, a thermoplastic resin and a low He gas-permeable film, with the low generation rate of a defective product due to creases and the like. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a composite film composed of the fibrous cloth, the thermoplastic resin and the film comprises the step to melt-extrude the thermoplastic resin into a thin film at a temperature above a melting point and below a temperature level exceeding a decomposition point by 10°C to give a molten thin film and the step to sandwich it between the fibrous cloth and the film with a helium gas permeability of 600 cc/m2/24 hr/0.1 mm/atm or less.
