EQUIPMENT FOR CARRYING-IN/OUT AND TRANSPORT OF MACHINE TOOL WORK AND ITS AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION LINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To organize an automatic production line, using conventional general- purpose machine tools. SOLUTION: A work carrying in/out means 6, a work transport means 7, and a work posture alteration means 8 are fitted in a free connect/disconnect arrangement to a stay 10, which has a standard form for machine tools, irrespective of their models, and is fitted to machine tools 2, 3, and 4 in a free connect/ disconnect arrangement. Based on this design, it will be possible to surely and easily fit the work carrying in/out means 6, the work transport means 7, and the work posture alteration means 8 to machine tools 2, 3, and 4, irrespective of their models. Because the stay 10, the work carrying in/out means 6, the work transport means 7, and the work posture alteration means 8 are standardized, furthermore, it will be possible to reduce cost and standardize methods for handling them.
