Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for disassembling a PCB polluted article which carries out disassembling treatment while suppressing a spark and heat generation and decreasing the generation amount of a cutting powder by making the rebound of cutting cross-sections outward. SOLUTION: The decomposition apparatus is for disassembling a PCB-polluted article 1 and comprises cutting parts 321 and 322 for cutting prescribed positions of a container 2 composing the PCB-polluted article 1 and forming the rebound of the cutting cross-sections outward and a driving part for moving the cutting parts 321 and 322 along the outer circumferential shape of the container 2.
