PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the simplicity of an input operation and to increase the number of inputs of FAX numbers when entering a FAX number by using an input sheet. SOLUTION: The facsimile machine has a storage section, a scanner, a print section, and a control section for controlling each section. The control section generates a destination list including destination information and a selection description column (check column) corresponding to the destination information from the destination stored in the storage section, and makes the print section to print out the generated destination list as a mark sheet. Further, the control section reads from the storage section a destination number corresponding to the selection describing column from which transmission is selected depending on a read result of the mark sheet by the scanner and transmits input data to the corresponding address selected for the transmission.
