Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone apparatus for discriminating an irritating telephone call called 'one-ring fraud' and for preventing it from remaining in an arrival history. SOLUTION: In the arrival of signals, an arrival sound counter 10 counts the rumbling times of the arrival by a sounder 4. When a call is suspended before a user responds to arrival signals, the arrival signals where the rumbling times of the arrival signals that the arrival sound counter 10 counts during a call are equal to or less than 1 and a caller number is not registered at a speed dial storage section 7 are judged to be an 'one-ring fraud' irritating call. When the arrival signals are judged to be irritating calls, the arrival history that an arrival history storage section 8 stores is not updated, thus preventing the caller number from remaining in the arrival history, and hence avoiding a situation where the user calls back the irritating calls.
