HOST-TO-HOST PROCESSING SYNCHRONOUS SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue processing by a program run by hosts working in conjunction with each other by enabling host-to-host processing synchronization even when communication between the hosts is disconnected. SOLUTION: Host-to-host processing synchronous means 111, 121 record, on a shard memory 2, information indicating that the program run by the hosts 11, 12 working in conjunction with each other has requested the host-to-host processing synchronization, and determine and recognize establishment of the host-to-host processing synchronization by referring to the shared memory 2. To be able to cope with cases where communication between the hosts is disconnected (by trouble of a communication path 312 or the like), timer activating means 112, 122 issue a request for confirmation of the processing synchronization for making host-to-host processing synchronous means 111, 121 determine the establishment of the host-to-host processing synchronization with reference to the shared memory 2 for every fixed period of time even when the request for host-to-host processing synchronization is not received from another host.
