Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct measurement by performing the measurement in individual frequency steps across a specific measurement frequency range for users, which is narrower than synthetic frequency range of a vector network analyzer, and using calibration data generated from reference impedance. SOLUTION: Sparse calibration data is stored as the calibration data across calibration frequency range which is wider than the specific measurement frequency range for the users. Detail system error data is interpolated from the sparse calibration data for each of the measurement (26).
