Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of putting up a scaffolding by obtaining sufficient water-tight sealing effect between all panels with a simple constitution and carrying out such work from the inside thereof. SOLUTION: A cover plate 2 is laid across the surface of the ends of the wall panels 1a and 1b connected to each other. Belt seal packings 8 and 8 are arranged between the cover plate 2 and the wall panels 1a and 1b over the overall length of the cover plate 2. The cover plate 2 is fixed to wall substrates 3a and 3b to form the sealing structure between the wall panels connected by sealing the wall panels 1a and 1b. A plurality of sealing legs 5 and 5 are projected to the overall length at an interval in the direction of the width to form a drainage space W between the sealing legs 5 and 5 in the rear sides of the sealing packings 8. The width L of the drainage space W and the space height H in the direction of the thickness of each panel can be set larger than the maximum diameter of a waterdrop under atmospheric pressure.
