2, 3-, 4-, 5-, 6-, 7-, 8-, 9- AND/OR 10-SUBSTITUTED DIBENZOXAZEPINE COMPOUND, PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substituted dibenzoxazepine compound represented by formula I (wherein X, Y, Z, A, E, F, G, B, D, R, R1, m and n are each defined in the specification) and its salts and a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound and provide a method for using the compound. SOLUTION: The substituted dibenzoxazepine compound represented by formula I is useful as an analgesic agent for the treatment of pain, and as prostaglandin-E2antagonist for the treatment of prostaglandin-E2mediated diseases. The pharmaceutical composition comprises a therapeutically-effective amount of a compound represented by formula I in combination with a pharmaceutically-acceptable carrier. The present invention also provides a method for eliminating or ameliorating the pain in an animal, and a method for treating prostaglandin-E2mediated diseases in the animal, and the method comprises administering a therapeutically-effective amount of a compound represented by formula I to the animal.
