Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand washer unit with a dryer function to be finely fit for the interior and to be set in a narrow space, allowing a user to perform a series of acts from washing hands to drying the hands. SOLUTION: The hand washer unit 1 with the dryer function has a hand washing/drying part for performing the hand washing and the hand drying after that. The hand washing/drying part comprises a hand washing bowl 33, a faucet device 34 and a dryer device 31 disposed above the bowl, and a hand detecting sensor 32 disposed near the faucet device 34. When a hand is detected, water is spouted from the faucet device 34, then after a set period of time, water is stopped, and air is blown by the dryer device 31 for a prescribed period of time.
