Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the intake of a food by reducing the trouble in not only a healthy person but also in an elderly person, a person under challenging of the hand, or the like passing dishes from one hand to the other, and to reduce the load for clearance after meal by mixing a food with a target food hardly taken by a fork because of a liquid part dropping from the fork to change the properties of the target food so that the liquid part may not drop from the fork and the food may easily be taken by the fork. SOLUTION: The food is obtained by packaging a composition containing a low- methoxyl pectin (LM pectin) as a constituent element, and optionally a fruit, a fruit juice, saccharides, liquid sugar, an organic acid, an organic acid salt, a coloring matter, a perfume, or the like, added thereto. The food changes the properties of the target food so that the liquid part thereof may not drop when not only the healthy person but also the elderly person, the person under challenging of the hand, or the like takes, the food by the fork by only mixing the food with the target food when the calcium content is high, or by mixing the food with the target food and separately adding calcium solution when the calcium content is low.
