Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in which it is required to remove the dirt of a pet before the pet enters the interior of a house in order to comfortably make a person live together with a pet and the pet becomes dirt again while the pet cleanly cared once moves to a living room and the person worries about anyone else in a washroom in common use installed in an apartment. SOLUTION: The pet-caring facility 1 for pets is provided on an earth floor 2 which continues from an entrance of each dwelling unit of an apartment and the facility comprises one counter table equipped with an openable counter top 3 and a sink 4 positioned below the counter top 3 and the earth floor 2 is arranged adjacent to a lavatory 8 following to a bathroom 9.
