ELECTRONIC PART CARRYING BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic part carrying board in which large warpage does not occur in the carrying area of a ceramic base, and which can accurately and firmly be connected with a corresponding metallized wiring conductor of each electrode of an electronic part. SOLUTION: An electronic part carrying board comprises: a ceramic base 1 having a carrying area 1c for carrying an electronic part 2 on the upper surface thereof; a plurality of metallized wiring conductors 3 coated from the carrying area 1c on the upper surface of the ceramic base 1 to the outer peripheral edge thereof; and an external connection metallized terminal 4 adhered so as to be electrically connected with the metallized wiring conductors 3 from the side surface of the ceramic base 1 to the lower surface thereof. The ceramic base 1 is formed by laminating ceramic layers 1a, 1b, and a dummy metallized layer 5 electrically independent from the metallized wiring conductors 3 is adhered to the whole surface of the corresponding area of the carrying area 1c between the two ceramic layers 1a, 1b.
