Additionally, the outside packing 81 is held with the cover 6 and a head part 20 of the output terminal 9 and the inside packing 82 is held with the cover 6 and a calking shaft part 22 formed on the other end of the shaft part 21 in a state where the shaft part 21 of the output terminal 9 is inserted through and fitted in these shaft insertion holes 81a, 82a.
