Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform and automate the computerizing processing work by effectively utilizing the minimum data obtained by surveying on-site and the existing drawing data. SOLUTION: Characteristic points of a river structure are actually measured to acquire the digital flat data 1 composed of a group of coordinate data of each characteristic point. A vector data processing means 6 connects the group of coordinate data representing an outline of the river structure to each other by line segments. A polygon data processing means 7 divides each river structure by a predetermined unit, and represents a drawing of the river structure by the collection of the polygon data.
