GAS HOT PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent overheating of a mounting face part holding an object to be heated even when the object to be heat is mounted on any mounting face part of a plurality of mounting face parts, and to improve thermal efficiency of exhaust gas in a combustion space with respect to the object to be heated. SOLUTION: A mounting part 2 for mounting the object to be heated is composed by arranging the plurality of mounting face parts 7 so that those in a higher position has a larger diameter. A burner 3 is provided in a state forming the combustion space 9 between it and the object to be heated mounted on the mounting face part 7. An exhaust part exhausting exhaust gas in the combustion space 9 is provided with exhaust passages 11 respectively in between the mounting face parts 7 and below the lowermost mounting face part 7. An exhaust gas capacity adjusting means 15 is provided for detecting the used mounting face part holding the object to be heated of the plurality of mounting face parts 7, and individually adjusting an exhaust gas capacity of exhaust gas passing the exhaust passage 11 in each of the plurality of the exhaust passages.
