Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a reliability for identifying specifications of a liquid jet recording head. SOLUTION: A wiring sheet 8 is set with a primary face bonded to a supporting body 7. The wiring sheet 8 has identification terminals 17a, 17b and 17c for identifying specifications of the recording head 1, and wiring cables 18a, 18b and 18c with one ends electrically connected to a terminal 16 and the other ends electrically connected to the identification terminals 17a, 17b and 17c. Recessed parts 19a, 19b and 19c are formed at positions corresponding to a part of the wiring cables 18a, 18b and 18c on a butting face 12b of the supporting body 7 against which the primary face of the wiring sheet 8 butts. The wiring sheet 8 has cutting elements 22a and 22b with a part of the wiring cables 18a, 18b and 18c cut selectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
