SOLUTION: The actions of turning an arm 13 from a stand-by position, grasping a tool by a tool grasping part, extracting the tool from a main shaft and a stand-by pot, inverting the arm, installing the tool to the main shaft and the stand-by pot, releasing the tool, and turning the arm 13 to the stand-by position, and actions of holding and releasing the tool to the main shaft 7 and the stand-by pot are executed through mechanical power transmission by rotation of a prime mover part 24 by drive of a servo motor.
