Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill a room with minus ions with a small and light device at a low cost without requiring troublesomeness. SOLUTION: This minus ion generator is provided with: a casing 2 provided with a sucking part 201 and a discharging part 202; a fan 6 provided in the casing 2; a driving part 602 for driving the fan 6; an endless filter 301 provided rotatably toward a peripheral direction between the sucking port 201 and the fan 6; a driving part 303 for rotating the filter 301; a water feeding means 4 capable of storing water inside and provided by arrangement where the neighborhood of the lower end part of the filter 301 can be dipped in water stored inside; and a discharging means 8 provided between the fan 6 and the filter 301. By making it possible to connect the discharging means 8 to an output part at a high-voltage potential therapy apparatus, discharging is possible from the discharging means 8 by using the high voltage generated by the high-voltage potential therapy apparatus as a power source.
