Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cultivating vegetables and a method for preventing outbreak of greensick/Fusarium wilt on the vegetables, each preventing the outbreak of greensick/Fusarium wilt without using light shielding materials even in a relatively hot season to get a good harvest yield of highly qualified vegetables other than tomatoes. SOLUTION: The method for cultivating tomatoes and the method for preventing outbreak of greensick/Fusarium wilt on the vegetables, are each applicable to the greenhouse or tunnel culture of vegetables other than tomatoes. In each of the methods, the vegetables other than tomatoes are cultivated by using such a covering material that the transmissivity of effective photosynthesis photon flux (PPF) having a length of 400-700 nm is ≥70%, and the transmissivity (Te) of heat ray having a wave length of 300-2,200 nm is ≤90%.
