SOLUTION: The method for constructing the lightweight greened rooftop comprises the following process: laying drainage materials 20 on a concrete slab 10, laying a root-proof and water-permeable sheet 30 on the drainage materials 20, laying a water-retainable ceramic plate 40 on the root-proof and water-permeable sheet 30, spreading soil 50 on the water-retainable ceramic plate 40 in a thin layer, and planting dry-proof plants 60 or planting the stems and leaves of the plants by hand on the soil 50.
