Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high advertisement effect by limiting to some extent a user layer of terminals and their environments and narrowing down content of advertisements for an advertisement client. SOLUTION: A server device 15 for providing information contents provided from a client 16 to a home terminal device 11 installed at home comprises a distribution content database 15b storing a plurality of information contents from the advertisement client 16, a content distribution management section 15f for extracting the information content from the distribution content database 15b on the basis of time information received from the home terminal device 11 and distributing the extracted information content to the home terminal device 11, and totalization processing section 15h for totalizing reaction information associated with the content distribution and charging the advertisement client 16.
