SOLUTION: This cogeneration system 10 comprises a power generating unit 20, heating means 70, 74 heating water by using exhaust heat of the power generating unit 20, a tank 51 storing hot-water heated by the heating means 70, 74, a circulating path 4 provided between the tank 51 and the heating means 70, 74 and supplying the hot-water in the tank 51 to the heating means 70, 74 and returning that to the tank 51, and a hot-water supplying path 84 supplying the hot-water in the tank 51 to a part 82 using the hot-water.
