Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a daylighting panel having high heat insulation performance and being capable of lightening a burden applied to an air conditioning in a room and being light weight, having high rigidity and being easily worked as compared to a pane. SOLUTION: The daylighting panel has a surface plate 1, a rear plate 2 and reinforcing materials 3 formed of a transparent or semitransparent synthetic resin. The surface plate 1 and the rear plate 2 are arranged oppositely through air layers 4 while the reinforcing plates 3 are arranged in the air layers 4. Heat insulation performance can be improved by interposing the air layers 4 between the surface plate 1 and the rear plate 2. The daylighting panel is lighter than the pane and rigidity can be increased by installing the reinforcing materials 3 and the air layers 4 and forming the panel of the synthetic resin.
