Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper in which a resin blade is provided on a resin line, and the view is excellent, and the drive is safe by sweeping a curved surface of a windshield projecting outward of the vehicle by the horizontal and tightly-fitting tension and the vertical reciprocal motion while breaking the surface tension of water drops on the entire windshield. SOLUTION: The blade which is provided on the line between a rope and a line guide on a rail is kept in a horizontal condition by the interlocking motion between blocks and reels provided inside and below stays on both sides to support a windshield 17 of the vehicle, the vertically reciprocating motion is functioned while applying the tension to the blade provided on the line by the blocks having springs to wipe the surface of the windshield 17 by breaking the surface tension of water drops on the surface of the windshield.
