DEVICE AND PROGRAM FOR VOLTAGE AND REACTIVE POWER MONITORING CONTROL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain voltage and reactive power monitoring control corresponding to needs of an operator by reducing computer load and preventing complex reactions of voltage and reactive power adjusters at a site. SOLUTION: A weighted deviation-from-median, target function preparing means 19 prepares a target function formed by incorporating weighted sum of square terms of deviation from medians in an adjustable range of the voltage and reactive power adjusting apparatus 3 based on system information of the power system obtained by a power system information obtaining means 11. A control amount calculating means 12 calculates the control amount of the voltage and reactive power adjusting apparatus 3 so as to make bus-bar voltage and reactive power current which are applicable for monitoring are within an allowable values by the use of the weighted target function formed by incorporating the sum of terms of the square, and command is outputted for the control amount to the voltage and reactive power adjusting apparatus 3 through a command outputting means 14 and information transmitting devices 4c, 4d, thus obtaining an excess control amount of the voltage and reactive power adjusting apparatus.
