MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal which mounts an antenna without being affected in metallic parts, secures a sufficient communication distance of the antenna and is made thin in thickness. SOLUTION: A non-contact IC card, the antenna 12 connected to the non- contact IC card, and electronic parts of a liquid crystal display device 18 are incorporated in a 1st housing 15. The antenna 12 is arranged annularly along nearby the outer circumference of the internal surface side of a display-side lower case 15a constituting the 1st housing 15. Consequently, the metallic parts and the antenna 12 which are incorporated in the mobile communication terminal can sufficiently be separated to suppress influence of the metallic parts on the antenna 12. A sufficient data communication distance can, therefore, be secured between the antenna 12 and a reader/writer and stable data communication can be realized without putting the antenna 12 close to the reader/writer.
