Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent color shifting from being generated by tube-axis-directional displacement of a color selection electrode and displacement in an opening of the color selection electrode. SOLUTION: An elastic member 8 has a protruded part deformed to be protruded to a color selection electrode 6 side, and a regulation member 16 having a thermal expansion coefficient larger than that of the elastic member 8 and curved bulgedly to a side contrary to the color selection electrode 6 is joined to be opposed to the protruded part of the elastic member 8. By this constitution, compression-directional rigidity of a frame 9 is enhanced, and a deformation amount of the frame 9 is reduced in a tension-laying process, and the tube-axis-directional displacement of the color selection electrode 6 is reduced when a color cathode ray tube 1 is operated. Since the thermal expansion coefficient of the regulation member 16 is larger than that of the elastic member 8, the color selection electrode 6 is allowed to be brought into the condition where it is displaced to a phosphor screen face 2a side, when temperature elevation is stabilized, and the color shifting is prevented from being generated caused by opening shifting generated with thermal expansion of the color selection electrode 6.
