PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material cooperative buying system to enable a plurality of material buying companies to buy material at the lowest cost from material suppliers who are respectively contracting with the companies. SOLUTION: This material cooperative buying system is provided with a contract information collecting means 44 to collect contract information related to material buying contracts between the material buying companies and the material suppliers, a contract information accumulating means 53 to accumulate collected contract information in accordance with the kinds of material subject to contracts, a contract information providing means 47 to provide accumulated contract information to terminals 2A, 2B, and 2C in accordance with buying desiring information outputted from the terminals 2A, 2B, and 2C, a contract selection information accepting means 46 to accept contract selection information selected among the contract information provided, and a buying desire information notifying means 49 to notify buying desire information to the terminals 2A, 2B, and 2C of the material buying companies having the material buying contracts related to the accepted contract selection information.
