INTENSIVELY COLLECTED OBJECT MANAGEMENT BOOK SYSTEM AND OFFICE WORK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intensively collect document objects generated in a plurality of business shops to one hub and to accurately and efficiently manage the contents of the intensively collected document objects. SOLUTION: A management book server for managing intensively collected objects transmitted to an intensive collection center from the plurality of business shops, comprises a means for inputting the data in a sending list attached to the intensively collected objects, to a management book sheet of every business shop, a means for storing the data in the inputted management book sheet to the management book database for daily processing, a means for judging whether the confirmation is necessary or not on each of intensively collected objects on the basis of the data of the inputted management book sheet, and creating a checklist sheet including a result of the judgment of whether the confirmation is necessary or not on the basis of the data of the management book sheet, a means for storing the data of the created checklist sheet in the checklist database for daily processing, and a means for transmitting the data of the checklist sheet to each business shop terminal.
