SOLUTION: This is a house constituent member developing system for specifying house constituent members based on the house information such as house design drawings and other documents; the system includes an input treatment 10 of housing information including house information and house model, a development treatment 20 specifying shape-determining elements such as class of the house constituent members length, end shape and the like based on the input information, a collating treatment 30 for collating developed house constituent members with-registered house constituent members by using the information specified by the development treatment, and an output treatment 40 outputting the order and graphic information of the house constituent members specified by the collating treatment 30.
