Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material which is independent of kinds of binders when applied to a paint, without causing a deterioration of a coating film, without degrading an appearance of the coating film, excellent in a dispersion stability in the paint, and further having a photocatalytic function such as low staining of the coating film decomposition and removal of a malodor, a harmful material or an environmental pollutant, and sterilization for fungi or algae. SOLUTION: The liquid modified titania sol composition which is modified with an alkoxysilane or its partial hydrolyzed condensate, having photocatalyst function, and excellent in a dispersion stability.
