Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator which centrifugally removes bubbles after filling the applicator with a coating fluid and a backflow inhibitor placed above the former and also an applicator capable of preventing the coating fluid and a backflow inhibitor composition from being mixed and preventing backflow inhibitor composition from being discharged from a coating tip. SOLUTION: In the applicator with the coating fluid such as an aqueous ink, an oil ink, an aqueous correction fluid or an oil correction fluid and the backflow inhibitor composition of the coating fluid, arranged in a coating fluid tank, a substance with an air-permeability is inserted into a contact part between the coating fluid and the backflow inhibitor composition and then the applicator is filled with the composition.
