WORKPIECE POSITIONING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece positioning device capable of highly accurately positioning a workpiece on its support member attached to a pole stand type tool. SOLUTION: In the workpiece positioning device, slits 80a are provided in a floor plate 80 in its travelling direction, and below the floor plate 80, a horizontal circulation track 10 is provided, and a pallet 20 carried on the track 10 is provided. The pallet 20 is provided with a post 23, which is projected from the floor face, and the pole stand type tool 30 is attached to the post 23, and the workpiece support member 70 is attached to the pole stand type tool 30 through an intermediate support 40 and a workpiece setting table 60 and is provided with projected sections 57 for positioning a lift 50, which is to be inserted into recessed hole sections 72a for positioning the horizontal member 72 of the workpiece support member 70. The workpiece W placed on the support member 70 is positioned highly accurately by inserting the projected sections 57 into the recessed hole sections 72a of the support member 70.
