SOLUTION: This side trimmer facility is provided with a rotary knife type trimmer device 14 for cutting a strip 31, a turn base 13 supporting the rotary knife type trimmer device 14, and a traversing base 11 supporting the turn base 13 turnably and has a motor 5 arranged on the turn base 13, a drive gear 4 driven by the motor 5, and a fixed gear 3 fixed to the traversing base 11 coaxially with turn center 12 of the turn base 13 and meshing with the drive gear 4 to turn the motor 5 together with the rotary knife type trimmer device 14.
