Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming porous coating layer which enables an easy and reliable control of the micropore diameter and micropore volume of a coating layer. SOLUTION: Boehmite (AlO(OH)) powder is included in slurry, the micropore diameter of the obtained coating layer is controlled by the grain size of the boehmite powder and the micropore volume of the obtained coating layer is controlled by the content of the boehmite powder. On sintering, the boehmite becomes alumina by oxidation and the volume of itself is contracted. Further, the boehmite is moved into the space between contact points of secondary particles themselves of oxide carrier powder.
